Sweetheart: You are the Sunshine of my Life. Forever you'll stay in my heart. How could so much love be inside of you?
You showed it every day; That you are a child of God; filled with Faith, Hope, and Charity...for all of Heavenly Father's children; with love and respect, and a full and true knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You demonstrated your faith in Him by keeping His commandments to love your neighbor as yourself. You greeted every person you ever met with a smile, a hug or handshake; making them feel of your happiness to make their acquaintance; to make them feel important, respected and loved-never talking down to anyone, no matter their station in life. You always looked them in the eye when you talked to them, giving them your full attention. That is called "class". You always set a good example of dressing in modest, clean-cut clothes that would make clothing models jealous.
You loved, raised, supported, taught, and encouraged two wonderful children, Michael R. McGuire and Molly McGuire. Your three grandchildren, Breanna and Trace Lake and Gemini McGuire will always remember you as their adoring Sugar Grandma; tickling them under their chin and on their neck to "get their sugar". My children, Curtis, Barbara, Diane, Denise, Margaret, and Douglas Banks admired you and felt your love and support for them and they loved and respected you as my wife and their friend. You always appreciated them inviting you to their special events, either at church, school graduations, weddings, etc. You will never know how much they admired and looked up to you. My appreciation is unmeasurable.
My Beautiful Sweetheart, I miss you so very much. I miss not being able to cuddle with you and to hold you and to kiss you and to confide in you. I appreciate you always keeping my innermost secrets and desires to be shared only between you and I. I acknowledge your love for me. Also your support, encouragement, confidence, and example for me. The beautiful special smile you had just for me, my friend, my lover, my honorable and eternal companion. I am a better man today because of you; a better husband, father, friend, and person. I don't know where I would be today if not for you! You are the happiest, most cheerful person I've ever met. You once told me that you "chose" to be happy and to enjoy the blessings that God gave you. I think that's a great lesson for all of us.
You will always be in my heart and I promise to never forget you. The song that I dedicated to you the first time I met you still applies and always will. "You're once, twice, three times a lady...I love you...I love you..."
