Honoring Heroes

You and your family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Monument Gathering. Each year, family members submit the names of their loved ones who were organ, eye, tissue, whole body, and “donors in spirit” to be engraved on the Celebration of Life Monument. Names submitted between June 1, 2018 and June 1, 2019 will be honored August 24, 2019 from 9am – 11am at a gathering hosted by Donor Family Services. Please join us for a light snack, enjoyable music, time to view your loved one’s name, and the opportunity to be together with family, friends, and other donor families. Volunteers will be available to help find names and answer any questions. Please see below for further details. For ADA accommodation, please contact IDS at 801-478-7350. Please note that NAMES OF DONORS ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED ON THE MONUMENT. If your loved one was a donor and you would like to see him/her honored on the Celebration of Life Monument, please download the name submission form here or contact Donor Family Services at 801-478-7350 or monument@idslife.org.
